1and1 won't fix the DNS issue

1and1 is has the worst customer services. We submitted the DNS changes 5 days ago for the glue domains and this has yet get done.

We email and call the technical support and they just refuse to provide any status update - they just use the same standard response that they will update us when their administrator fixed the issue.

So now we had to force to pay for extra server charge monthly fee and we lost two customer's project for failed to launch.

Do we have any legal ground to get 1and1 compensate for our losses?
