7 Days Later and Still No Reply or Update

Today has been over a week since request the DNS changed to another IP and 1and1 still yet to complete.

Even after spoke with 4 different technical support people and requesting escalation have gotten no where. All our sites can't switch over to new server due to this and two customers left due to this.

Is anyone out there also getting this kind of treatment from 1and1?? Why doesn't 1and1 response to our phone and email request to change the glue domain IPs??

This is the last time we will be doing business with 1and1 - they don't care if we also have to answer to answer our customers and it's very bad business practice.

1and1 management team out there...ARE YOU ALL DEAF??
